Privacy
How Jameson Digital Works handles your information. Last updated October 25, 2026.
The short version
I only collect what you choose to send me through the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don’t sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
What I collect
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, business name, website, budget, timeline and message.
The website builder on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Any logo or photo you add there stays on your device and is never uploaded.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk about your project.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we work together.
I don’t add you to mailing lists, and I don’t sell or rent your information.
Services that help run this site
Messages from the contact form are delivered to my inbox by an email delivery service. The site is hosted by a web hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability. If visitor analytics are switched on, they use a privacy-friendly tool that doesn’t use cookies or track you across other websites.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry emails for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or project, and delete them when they’re no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent. Send a message through the contact form or email hello@jamesondigitalworks.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
